Buddy Up Tennis
For people with Down syndrome ages 5 to adult.  The Buddy Up Tennis Program hosts weekly 90-minute clinics: 30 minutes of fitness conditioning, and 60 minutes of professional tennis instruction. Buddies (Volunteers) are partnered with Athletes, to provide one-on-one attention and grow meaningful connections and relationships. No tennis experience is required.

Camp Hi-Lite
For campers 8-22 years old with Down Syndrome

45 acre wooded grounds, Recreational equipment and programs designed for the special needsand disabled camper, and 24 hour nursing care, special medication and diet supervision

Bring the benefits of music to exceptional people with special needs and disabilities.   Instruction in piano, voice, dance movement, guitar and general music activities is provided on a weekly basis to scores of students who range in age from toddlers to adults.
